About Us

PieconicNY, located in Chatham Plaza off Rt. 66, is known for its wide selection of delicious seasonal pies, quiches, various sweet and savory empanadas, custards, and other baked goods.

It all starts with our pie dough, a marvel of flakiness that melts in your mouth. Paired with the freshest locally sourced ingredients, it results in mouth-watering treats.

But we don’t stop there. We offer fresh, made to order breakfast and lunch sandwiches. And you never know what Russell is cooking up, so check in daily to find out what specials are being served. For example, some recent specials included Chicken Marsala, Cubanos and Pepperoni Heals made with our dough.
We moved our family to Columbia County for a better life, for a life that allowed us to spread our love through our food. We learned it from our families, and especially from our moms who taught us how to cook and how to love and how to combine the two.
