Partners for Climate Action Hudson Valley provides funding and support to local communities who are taking action to address the climate crisis and improve the ecosystems of the Hudson River Estuary Watershed.
Our priority areas are ecological restoration, with a focus on establishing community forests and cultivating native habitat, and the decarbonization of existing buildings.
